Ok, ok, we know, we promised to have online ticketing up by the 6th of July, but we are running late with our automated system. Since we didn’t want to wait any longer, here is how to get a ticket.

So here is the deal, we need to know how many people to expect so we can plan accordingly, to make sure there are enough porta-johns, food, etc. So if you would like to come, please send an email to michael@delibdesigns.com, with the heading “rhythms on the rio tickets”. In the email, please include your name, where you are coming from (City, State), and be sure the email address you include is valid, that way we can send you back your ticket, and get a hold of you with any important information you will need. We won’t sell, give away, or otherwise abuse any information you give us, and will only contact you with important info on rare occasions.

Once we get your email, we will email you back an e-ticket you can print out to bring with you to the show. Please send an email and bring a printed out ticket for each person attending the event from your group. When you get to the show, we will do an ID check (PLEASE bring an ID if you intend to consume alcohol-no one without an ID will be able to do so), take your printed out paper ticket from you, and give you a color coded wrist band (under 21 one color, over 21 another).

We also need you to know Tickets for the Rhythms On The Rio Festival are free, but you must read the following terms and conditions saying that you will act like a conscious aware human being, and by signing and using the ticket, you agree to hold us harmless for any harm you may incur to yourself for any reason. Sorry, but since this is a free festival, we need to do this. So, here is the fine print......

By participating in this event, you accept and agree to the following: There may be hazards involved in participating in this event, including (but not limited to) physical exertion, travel to and from the event and the conditions related to inclement weather. You expressly and knowingly assume the risks of these hazards and any other hazards that may arise in relation to this event. On behalf of yourself, your heirs and assigns, you expressly and knowingly agree to (1) not hold the South Fork Music Association and Rhythms On The Rio Festival, its directors, trustees, officers, employees or agents (collectively referred to as "ROTR") responsible for any liability, loss, cost or damages arising from or related to any one or more hazardous situations that may arise in this event; (2) release ROTR from all liability, loss, cost or damages arising from or related to your participation in this event, including any resulting from the ordinary negligence or fault of ROTR or other participants, whether that negligence or fault is active or passive; and (3) indemnify and hold harmless ROTR for all costs, damages, and awards, including attorneys fees, arising from or related to any demands, causes of action, claims, counterclaims, or crossclaims brought by any other person or entity against ROTR arising from or related to your acts or omissions, whether intentional or negligent, in connection with this event.
You will have to sign this statement on your paper ticket, in order to be admitted to the event.
One last thing. Since this festival is totally free, we will not ask you for any money to attend, however, there will be food and other vendors there, plus a beer garden, so please bring enough money to take care of your personal needs and those of your friends. Also, this event is a fundraiser for The Rio Grande Headwaters Land Trust, and the High Valley Community Center (a place for SLV kids to go). This will be a “pass the hat” voluntary donation drive, so please bring something to “kick down” for these great causes. There will be secure donation boxes at the info table, and at all event entrances and exits. Please take a moment and contribute. In addition to voluntary contributions, at least $1.00 from the cost of every beer you buy will be donated to these worthwhile charites!
